Yes, our service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Is the price per person and luggage count, or per vehicle?

The price is always per vehicle.

What is hourly rental?

Need a driver and vehicle available for a certain period, regardless of the number of trips? We offer hourly rental with driver – ideal for business meetings, weddings, tours, or city transportation. Does not apply to trips outside Prague.

What payment methods do you accept?

Yes, upon request, each driver will issue you a receipt or invoice for corporate clients.

Regular and luxury limousines and minivans for all types of clients. Ideal for VIP clients, hotels, and corporate transfers.

Do you offer child seats or transportation for multiple passengers?

Yes, we provide child seats upon request (surcharge 100 CZK) and vehicles for multiple passengers with ample luggage space.

Can I transport a pet?

Yes, upon prior arrangement.

Do you monitor flight delays?

Yes, we monitor flight arrivals in real time and adjust pickup times accordingly.

Where will the driver pick me up at the airport?

Your driver will meet you in the arrivals hall holding a sign with your name.

Do you provide corporate invoicing and VIP service?

Yes, we provide regular corporate transfers and VIP services for hotels and business partners.

How much does a transfer from the airport to Prague center cost?

The fixed price for a transfer from/to Václav Havel Prague Airport to the city center is 750 CZK (31€). This price applies to a sedan for up to 4 people including luggage.

How long does the journey from the airport to the center take?

The journey from Václav Havel Prague Airport to the city center typically takes 20–40 minutes depending on traffic and specific destination.

Do I have to pay a surcharge for waiting if my flight is delayed?

No, when your flight is delayed, we monitor arrivals in real time and adjust pickup time without any surcharges.

Do you offer Meet & Greet service?

Yes, Meet & Greet service is always included in the price for airport transfers. Your driver will meet you in the arrivals hall with a sign bearing your name.

Can I book a transfer at night or on weekends?

How do I get from Terminal 1 / Terminal 2?

The driver will pick you up directly in the arrivals hall of the terminal you land at. We monitor your flight and automatically adapt to any terminal changes.

How can I book a ride?

Simply via our online form, by phone, by email, or via the CARIVIO app. After confirmation, you will receive the ride details by email or directly in the app.

Can I cancel or change my reservation?

Yes, free of charge up to 1 hour before the scheduled ride.

Do you provide transportation for football teams?

Yes. CARIVIO (Transport Prague) provides transportation for football clubs, players, coaches and staff.

Do you provide crew transportation?

Yes. We provide transportation for airline crews and professional teams.

Do you provide transportation outside Prague?

Yes. We provide passenger transportation throughout the Czech Republic and Europe.

Can you transport large groups?

Yes. We can arrange transportation for individuals, groups and sports teams.
